Before each trip we take the time necessary to explain how the motorhome works, answer questions and help choose the most suitable model according to the number of travellers, the route and the available budget.

How many people can travel and sleep in the motorhome?
The motorhome is type-approved for 4 people for both travelling and sleeping. It features 4 seats with seatbelts and 4 comfortable beds, ideal for couples, families or small groups.
From what age can you hire a motorhome?
To hire a motorhome, you need to be at least 25 years old and have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a valid driving licence. These conditions guarantee safe driving and a better experience during the trip.
Is it difficult to drive a motorhome if I have no experience?
No. Before departure, we will send you an explanatory video showing step by step how the motorhome works and how to use all its systems. In addition, driving it is very similar to driving a large vehicle, and within a few kilometres you will adapt without any problem.
Does the motorhome include insurance and roadside assistance?
Yes, all our motorhomes include fully comprehensive insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance in Spain and Europe, so you can travel with complete peace of mind throughout your hire.
How does the bail work?
The security deposit is paid before the start of the hire period and is refunded after the motorhome is returned, provided there are no damages or incidents.
If the deposit is paid in cash, it is refunded at the time of the vehicle handover, once it has been inspected.
If the deposit is paid by bank transfer, the amount is refunded the day after the motorhome is returned.
Is it necessary to empty the grey and black water tanks before returning it?
Yes. The motorhome must be returned with the tanks grey water and black water empty, in the same way they are handed over at the start of the rental. This forms part of the responsible use of the vehicle.
Is it compulsory to fill the fresh water tank before returning the motorhome?
Yes. The deposit of clean water must be delivered full, just like at the start of the hire. The motorhome must be returned in the same general condition in which it was handed over.
What is the bail?
The deposit is €500. It is refunded once the rental has ended and the condition of the vehicle has been checked.
How many kilometres are included in the rental?
The hire includes 150 km per day.
Is there unlimited mileage?
Yes, you can hire unlimited mileage for £10 a day.
Can I travel to Portugal in the motorhome?
Yes, it is possible to travel through Spain and Portugal. If you plan to leave the country, we recommend stating this when making your booking.
Can someone else drive?
Yes, provided she meets the insurance requirements and is included in the rental agreement.
Are pets allowed?
